INNEOVA Holdings completed the acquisition of INNEOVA Engineering on 30 April 2025.
The acquisition brought system lifecycle analysis, maintenance, repair and overhaul, and turnkey engineering capabilities into the Holdings platform.
INNEOVA Engineering traces its own history to Power Trans Engineering, established in 1996. Its history within the wider Soon Aik group predates its acquisition by the listed company.
